All teams must stay at the hotel assigned to them.  The Tournament Committee will do their best to place your team in the hotel of choice.  Preferred hotels will be assigned on a first come first serve.
 
No bookings are to be done through Expedia, Hotel Finder, Trivago, Hotels.com, etc.

 
Once your team is confirmed entry into the tournament your team’s Main Contact will be contacted from the Hotel, who can then forward all the hotel information to pass on to the rest of their team.
