All teams must stay at the hotel assigned to them.  The Tournament Committee will do their best to place your team in the hotel of choice.  Preferred hotels will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
 
No bookings are to be done through Expedia, Hotel Finder, Trivago, Hotels.com, etc.

Once your team is confirmed entry into the tournament your team will be placed in a hotel.  The team's main contact will receive info from our Hotel Liaison  regarding which hotel the team has been assigned. From there, your team's main contact info will be sent to the hotel by us.  The hotel will then contact the team's main contact with info regarding how your team members need to book their room.  Please wait for the hotel to call or email the main contact.  We will endeavour to have teams placed in hotels by Mid November.  If you have not heard from your hotel by December 1, please call us and we will call the hotel to resolve the issue.
